Trail 87 sits on Route 100 in West Dover, about ten minutes from Mount Snow. We reconfigure the space around your group: long tables, rounds, or an open floor with stations.

Custom menus, not a banquet packet.

Coursed and plated, family style, or passed and stationed, with welcome cocktails, wine pairings, and Vermont beer.

Group size and reservations.

Walk-in for regular service; reservations for parties of six or more with a card on file and 48 hours' notice. Buyouts book further ahead, especially winter weekends.
