Serves 4–6. Choose Turkey Roulade (quarter tray), Half Spatchcocked Turkey (+$35), or Braised Brisket (quarter tray, +$15). Three quarter-tray sides, your choice from either list. Pint of gravy · Pint of cranberry sauce · Baguette · One pie

Serves 10–12. Choose Whole Spatchcocked Vermont Turkey (14–16 lb), Turkey Roulade (one half tray and one quarter tray), or Braised Brisket (one half tray and one quarter tray, +$25). Five half-tray sides, your choice from either list. Quart of gravy · Quart of cranberry sauce · Dozen Parker House rolls · Two baguettes · Two pies
Up to two Signature Sides included per package. Additional Signature Sides: $6 quarter tray / $10 half tray. Veggie Lasagna main substitution is free.

Turkey Roulade: $95 half / $55 quarter. Half serves 8–10 · Quarter serves 4–5. Rolled with sausage, sage, and bread dressing. Half tray comes with a quart of gravy, quarter tray with a pint.
Spatchcocked Vermont Turkey: $165 whole / $90 half. Whole serves 10–12 · Half serves 5–6. Butterflied and roasted flat for crisp skin and even carving. Whole bird is 14–16 lb. Quart of gravy with a whole, pint with a half. Limited quantity, order early.
Braised Beef Brisket: $120 half / $70 quarter. Half serves 8–10 · Quarter serves 4–5. Slow-braised with onions and red wine, sliced and served in its jus. For the table that wants something besides turkey, or alongside it.
Veggie Lasagna: $70 half / $42 quarter. Half serves 8–10 · Quarter serves 4–5. Roasted vegetables, ricotta, and house marinara.
Classic Sides: $42 half tray / $26 quarter tray. Mashed Potatoes; Stuffing, with sausage or meatless; Green Beans with Gremolata; Roasted Carrots with Tzatziki; Roasted Beet & Squash Salad; Curried Lentils with Butternut Squash.
Signature Sides: $52 half tray / $32 quarter tray. Mac & Cheese; Cauliflower Gratin; Potato Gratin with Ham; Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon; Stewed Greens with Ham Hock; Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallow Topping; Leek & Matzo Fritters with Sour Cream.
